JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Junior Creatives VA to support our Senior Creatives VA in producing and scraping high-volume batches of ad creatives for our testing pipeline and our proven winning products. You'll work directly from our internal guidelines and SOPs. The system is already built, we need someone who can execute it fast, consistently, and without hand-holding after onboarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Scrape and source creatives
- Produce batches of ad creatives (video + static) following our SOPs and creative frameworks
- Support the Senior Creatives VA in prepping assets for daily/weekly testing cycles
- Keep creative production organized, on-brand, and on schedule across multiple product tests

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven track record, specifically running or supporting Meta Ads creative production (please share examples/portfolio)
- Able to produce and scrape creatives at high volume without sacrificing quality
- Strong ability to follow structured guidelines and SOPs precisely, then execute independently
- Sharp eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad in a saturated market
- Reliable, coachable, and hungry to grow into a Senior role as we scale
- Stable internet connection and own equipment
- Comfortable in a fast, no-excuses environment. We move quick and expect the same
