JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce business specializing in online arbitrage — sourcing products from eBay and reselling them on Amazon for a profit. We operate with a fully remote team, clearly documented systems, and a results-driven approach to building a scalable sourcing operation. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who knows how to find value, move quickly, and work independently within a structured process.

The Role
You will be responsible for sourcing profitable product leads from eBay and evaluating them for resale on Amazon. This includes working through a provided product list, reaching out to eBay sellers to gather additional information, and negotiating pricing down to our target buy price. You will also be expected to independently aggregate and validate new product leads on an ongoing basis.

Your Responsibilities
Research and evaluate eBay listings for Amazon resale potential
Contact eBay sellers to gather product details and negotiate pricing to target buy prices
Aggregate and submit new product leads using our internal tracking system
Validate leads against profitability thresholds using tools such as Keepa and SellerAmp
Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets throughout the sourcing process

Requirements
Fluent English — both written and spoken
Reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection
1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant
1+ year of hands-on Keepa experience (ability to read BSR history, price trends, and offer count changes)
Experience with SellerAmp (SAS) for profitability analysis
Solid understanding of ROI, profit margin, and Amazon sales rank
Online arbitrage sourcing experience — eBay sourcing experience is a strong plus
Comfortable working within Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
Available for 40 hours per week

What We Provide
Full video training for every task in the role
Written SOPs with step-by-step instructions for each process
Access to required software and accounts (including sourcing tools)
Flexible scheduling — we will work with your availability to set a consistent calendar

Compensation:

5 USD per hour and additional bonuses for meeting spend goals.

You can expect make ---------- USD per month after base pay + bonuses.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, you must answer all of the following questions in order within your application. Incomplete responses will not be reviewed.

What experience do you have with the eBay marketplace? Be specific about how you have used it in a professional or sourcing context.

What tools have you used for Amazon product research (e.g., Keepa, SellerAmp, Replencatcher, Sellerboard)? For each tool, explain in depth how you used it and what you were evaluating.

Walk me through your exact process for determining whether a product is profitable. Include every cost you factor in.
Are you familiar with the eBay-to-Amazon reselling model? Walk me through how you understand the process from start to finish.

How do you verify that an eBay listing and an Amazon listing are for the exact same product? What steps do you take to confirm a correct match?

What is your favorite animal? Put the name of your favorite animal as the subject line of the entire job offer response.

Describe what your daily sourcing workflow looks like. (The more detail the better)
