JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
New Society Media is a social media advertising agency based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We produce high-quality content, manage social media accounts, and run paid advertising campaigns on Meta for local and regional businesses. Our work sits at the intersection of creative branding and performance marketing — we don't just make content that looks good, we build systems that turn Instagram and Facebook into a lead-generation system. Every client we take on becomes a long-term partner, and everything we produce is built to reflect that standard.

We're hiring a GoHighLevel expert who also has working knowledge of Meta ads — someone who can own the entire lead pipeline for our clients: building out GHL funnels, automations, and pipelines, and connecting them cleanly to the Meta ad campaigns feeding them. GHL is the core of this role — Meta ads support it.

What You'll Do:
-- Build and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts for clients: pipelines, workflows, automations, tagging, lead capture forms, calendars, and follow-up sequences
-- Design and troubleshoot automations end-to-end — lead comes in, gets tagged, triggers SMS/email follow-up, books a call, alerts the sales rep — with zero leads falling through the cracks
-- Own the technical health of every client's GHL account: fix broken workflows, missed triggers, and funnel drop-off points
-- Set up and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to feed the funnels you build — audience targeting, budgets, basic creative testing, ongoing optimization
-- Connect Meta lead ads directly into GHL so lead flow is seamless
Report on pipeline health and lead-to-appointment conversion, plus basic ad performance
-- Communicate directly with our internal team on client status and account changes

What You Bring:
-- Strong, hands-on GoHighLevel experience — you've built real pipelines, workflows, and automations for real clients, not just poked around a demo account
-- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager — comfortable launching and managing campaigns, even if it's not your deepest specialty
-- Experience with local service business marketing a big plus (home services, med spas, real estate, insurance, etc.)
-- Can work independently — solo-capable, mid-level role, not entry-level/training
-- Detail-oriented — a broken automation costs a client real leads and real money
Strong communication skills

Start Structure:
Starting part-time with a clear path to full-time as you ramp up and prove out the workflow.

To Apply Please Include:
-- 2–3 examples of GHL builds you've done (loom/screenshot walkthrough strongly preferred)
-- 1–2 examples of Meta ad campaigns you've managed
-- A short note on how you'd structure a lead capture ? automated follow-up ? booked appointment flow in GHL
-- Add "Coconut" to the top of your application!
