Member Growth Executive (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Salary: USD $600/month + performance-based salary progression and bonuses

The Role

We’re looking for an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships, writing persuasive messages and helping people take action.

Your mission is simple:

Turn interested people into members, and turn members into advocates who refer others.

You’ll own communication across our email, SMS and WhatsApp channels, ensuring every lead and every member receives timely, thoughtful and engaging communication.

This isn’t a customer support role. It’s a growth role.

You’ll play a direct part in helping the company acquire new members, improve engagement and increase referrals.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion

* Create and send email campaigns through Mailchimp
* Write and send SMS campaigns
* Follow up with interested leads
* Build relationships that convert enquiries into members
* Identify opportunities to reactivate dormant leads
* Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

Member Engagement

* Build genuine relationships with existing members
* Encourage members to refer friends and grow their network
* Respond to inbound WhatsApp enquiries
* Answer frequently asked questions
* Help prospective members feel confident joining
* Ensure all member messages receive a response within 24 hours

Campaign Creation

* Write engaging SMS and WhatsApp copy
* Work alongside the founder to plan communication campaigns
* Brief designers on campaign assets where required
* Build and schedule campaigns in Mailchimp
* Learn our tone of voice and eventually take ownership of campaign creation

* Email marketing
* Copywriting
* Customer Success
* Community Management
* Sales or lead nurturing
* CRM or lifecycle marketing
* Social media community management
* Virtual Assistant experience
* Marketing Assistant experience

You should also be comfortable learning and using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude as part of your daily workflow.

Working With Us

You’ll work closely with the founder on a daily basis.

Initially, campaigns and messaging will be reviewed together while you learn the business, our members and our communication style. As your confidence grows, you’ll take increasing ownership of this area of the company.

Salary & Progression

Starting salary is USD $600 per month.

This role has a clear progression path.

If you consistently generate 5 new members per month, your base salary will increase by 20%.

As you continue to consistently generate 10, 15 and 20 new members per month, additional salary increases and performance bonuses will be discussed.
