JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone to help organize and design a customer guide for our HVAC company.

We already have the content, including articles, videos, manuals and troubleshooting instructions. Your job will be to review everything, put it in the right order and create a clean, easy-to-follow guide for homeowners.

The guide will cover topics such as:

How to use a mini-split system
Remote control settings
Filter cleaning and maintenance
Basic troubleshooting
Warranty and service information
Links and QR codes to helpful videos

We need someone who is organized, has strong English and is comfortable designing documents in Canva.

Deliverables:

Recommended content sequence and table of contents
Editable Canva file
Print-ready and mobile-friendly PDF

Experience creating manuals, welcome packets or customer guides is a plus.
