JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a long-term YouTube Shorts researcher.

This is a research-only role. You will NOT edit videos, write scripts, or upload content. Your job is to find strong-performing English-language live-action movie and TV scenes on YouTube Shorts and submit them in a structured format we provide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Find English-language live-action movie / TV scene Shorts on YouTube
- Check each clip against a numeric checklist we give you (views, upload timing, how far it outperforms the channel's own recent videos)
- For each clip, answer 3 short questions: what happens in it, what viewers are reacting to (based on the top comments), and what we learn about a person in the scene
- Submit up to 6 findings per day, every working day

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
- No video editing, script writing, thumbnails, or uploading

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Native or near-native English comprehension
- You must read comments and tell whether people are reacting to the scene itself or only to the actor/show
- You watch English-language shows and films and follow them easily
- You can describe a scene in one plain sentence, with no adjectives or plot summary
- You can follow a written checklist exactly, without improvising
- Consistent daily output. Accuracy matters more than speed.

HOW PAY WORKS
- This role is paid per approved submission, not a fixed monthly salary
- No hourly tracking — work is evaluated by submission quality and checklist compliance
- A typical week of steady work comes out to roughly $60–70
- Full pay rules and submission standards are shared once you start

ROLE DETAILS
- Remote, part-time, ongoing, long-term
- Selected applicants begin with a paid first week using real tasks, and we keep the strongest fit. Everyone is paid normally during this week.

HOW TO APPLY

2. Link one YouTube Short in English that features a live-action movie or TV scene. Sort comments by Top, then:
(a) Copy 3 comments reacting to what actually happens in the video — not to the creator, actor, or channel
(b) In one sentence: what are viewers reacting to?
(c) In one sentence: what do the top comments suggest is driving attention?
3. Name the last English-language show or film you watched. Describe one ---------- nt from it in one sentence — only what happens, no adjectives.
4. State your available hours per week and how long you plan to stay in this role.
