JOB OVERVIEW

Customer and Billing Support Representative

Our busy internet marketing, training, and software company is in immediate need for a customer service / billing representative.

This position is fully remote.

We're looking for a friendly representative with excellent English and clear pronunciation to join our team.

Must have experience in Customer Service & be familiar with billing.

You will be answering support tickets in our Help Desk.

You may also handle one-on-one phone calls with the clients to help them move through our training and address their support issues (as needed).

We will train you on our products & services so you are properly equipped to handle this position.

This job requires great communication skills, both in writing and over the phone, and a high willingness to actually help customers.

The perfect candidate would be willing to start out at part time but quickly get up to full time hours.
