JOB OVERVIEW

LG Accounting Solutions is growing—and we're looking for an Experienced NDIS Specialist Bookkeeper to join our remote team in the Philippines. If you have strong Australian bookkeeping experience, understand the NDIS sector, and are confident using Xero, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage bookkeeping for Australian NDIS providers using Xero.
* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and clearing accounts.
* Prepare and review month-end financial reports for clients.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Process payroll accurately and on time, including SCHADS Award where applicable.
* Prepare and lodge BAS and assist with other compliance requirements.
* Reconcile NDIS payments and monitor funding and participant-related transactions.
* Support clients with NDIS-specific bookkeeping queries and ensure compliance with industry requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
* Contribute to process improvements and support best-practice bookkeeping procedures.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
* 5-7 years of experience as an Australian Bookkeeper, with NDIS bookkeeping experience.
* Strong knowledge of Australian bookkeeping practices and compliance requirements.
* Experience using Xero (MYOB experience is an advantage).
* Experience processing payroll, preferably including the SCHADS Award.
* Solid understanding of BAS preparation and lodgement.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
