## Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Litigation Paralegal, Medical Malpractice Legal Analyst, or Medical-Legal Consultant** with substantial experience supporting **U.S. plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation**.
This is **not** a virtual assistant or document organization role.
We need someone who can thoroughly analyze a complex New York medical malpractice case involving approximately **1,000+ pages** of medical and legal records and help build a comprehensive litigation package for attorney review.

This project requires exceptional analytical ability, experience with U.S. litigation, and strong knowledge of medical records.
## What You'll Do
You will take ownership of understanding the case and preparing a professional litigation package by:
* Reviewing all medical and related records.
* Developing a complete factual chronology.
* Identifying significant medical events, treatments, and outcomes.
* Comparing records from multiple providers to identify inconsistencies or gaps.
* Preparing provider summaries and i
* Building an evidence matrix linking important facts to supporting records.
* Identifying missing records or additional information that should be obtained.
* Organizing the facts into a clear, logical case presentation that can be efficiently reviewed by counsel.
* Assisting with litigation support documents and draft materials as requested.
## Required Experience
Applicants **must** have substantial experience supporting **U.S. medical malpractice litigation**.
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
* 5+ years working with U.S. law firms.
* Plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience.
* Experience reviewing large medical record sets (500–5,000+ pages).
* Experience preparing medical chronologies and litigation summaries.
* Experience supporting attorneys with complaints, discovery, or trial preparation.
* Strong understanding of medical terminology.
* Excellent written English.

* Hospitals

* Long-term care facilities
* Residential or group homes
* Developmental disability services
* OPWDD providers
* Medicaid-funded healthcare programs
