We are expanding our network of experienced freelance estimators.

We're looking for senior estimators and quantity surveyors with proven experience in Australian construction who can produce accurate, reliable takeoffs with minimal supervision.

This is an opportunity to become part of our preferred freelance network, working on a wide variety of residential, commercial and architectural projects across Australia.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in specialists with proven experience in one or more of the following trades:

Roofing
Cladding & Facades
Rendering
Tiling
Brickwork & Blockwork
Structural Steel
Concrete
Civil Works
Plastering/Painting
Other construction trade packages

When applying, please include:

Which trade(s) you have estimated
How many years of estimating experience you have in each trade
Which trade is your strongest
Types of projects you've completed (residential, commercial, industrial, architectural, etc.)
Typical contract values you've worked on
Software you're proficient in (PlanSwift experience is essential)
Australian estimating experience
Your CV
Sample takeoffs or portfolio (if available)
Requirements
Your own licensed copy of PlanSwift
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written English and communication skills
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during Australian business hours when required

Successful applicants will become part of our freelance estimator network and will be offered projects based on their trade expertise and availability.

Paid on a per-project basis
No minimum workload
No maximum workload
Choose the projects you want to accept
100% remote
