We're a U.S.-based private money lending company, and we're hiring a Loan Closing Processor to run borrower intake and get deal files clean and ready for underwriting.
This is a long-term, full-time role with a stable team. You'll work directly with borrowers and U.S. leadership inside our CRM (GoHighLevel) using documented SOPs. It is not a bank mortgage job — we do short-term, asset-based loans to real estate investors: bridge funding, gap funding, first- and second-position loans, and creative deals.
Hours: 10am–7pm CST (Central Time), Monday–Friday
Rate: $4–6/hr (depending on experience)
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Borrower intake & pipeline
- Respond to every new borrower application the same business day
- Follow up until missing items are collected — no stale files, no unanswered leads
- Keep CRM stages accurate and current
- Flag urgent or high-priority deals to leadership immediately
File organization
- Build and maintain borrower folders in Google Drive per our naming conventions
- Collect the full document set before escalating: purchase agreement, rehab budget/scope, ARV comps, property photos, borrower ID, LLC docs, verified HUDs, insurance, and a stated exit strategy
- Submit complete, clearly labeled files that are ready for underwriting
Pre-qualification & SOPs
- Screen deals against our lending criteria before escalating (LTV, borrower spread, combined leverage, close timeline)
- Route deals outside our criteria to our referral process
- Escalate borderline files — never force one through
Communication
- Daily end-of-day update: completed, pending, needs attention
- Professional written communication with U.S. borrowers
- Surface open loops and problems proactively, before you're asked
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- A U.S. real estate lending foundation — REQUIRED. U.S. banking, mortgage, or lending experience is what we're looking for — but it must include the real estate component: mortgage processing, property/real estate loans, non-QM / hard-money / private lending, or real estate loan documents. General banking with no real estate exposure will not qualify. We are not training this from scratch — you need the foundation before day one.
- Excellent written English — this role lives in
- Genuinely strong attention to detail (we will test this)
- Experience managing many open items at once without dropping follow-ups
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours (10am–7pm CST, Mon–Fri)
- Reliable daily availability and consistent EOD reporting
NICE TO HAVE
- Private money, hard money, or creative real estate (subject-to, seller finance) exposure
- Familiarity with ARV, LTV, HUDs, and exit strategy
- Experience pulling comps (PropStream, Redfin)
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM experience
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS
Every lead answered. Clean CRM records. Files reaching leadership complete the first time. Borrowers feel informed. Leadership isn't chasing or fixing anything.
HOW TO APPLY
Put the word "Closing" in your application message so we know you read this all the way through.
Then send your resume plus short answers to these three:
Briefly describe your hands-on experience with U.S. loans — mortgage processing, non-QM / private / hard-money lending, or real estate loan documents. Which loan types and systems have you worked with?
Applications without the keyword or the three answers will not be reviewed.
