JOB OVERVIEW

# Business Development Representative (B2B Sales)

**Remote – Philippines** Must have U.S. Client experience

**Pay:** $7–$9 USD/hour + uncapped commissions + bonuses

Cannonball Recruiting is a growing U.S. recruiting firm specializing in manufacturing, construction, and skilled trades. We're looking for an experienced sales professional to generate new business by prospecting U.S. companies and booking meetings with decision makers.

### Responsibilities

* Prospect new companies through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
* Research and build prospect lists
* Schedule qualified appointments with decision makers
* Manage and update our CRM
* Maintain a consistent sales pipeline

### Requirements

* **2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience**
* **Must have experience selling to or working directly with U.S. clients**
* **Must be fluent in spoken and written English with a professional, neutral accent**
* Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach
* Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
* Experience managing a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Crelate, or a similar platform
* Strong objection-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office

### What We Offer

* $7–$9 USD/hour based on experience
* Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
* Full-time, long-term opportunity
* Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
