JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist for an immediate start. This is a full-time remote contract role with direct accountability to the Managing Director. You must be able to hit the ground running — no training will be provided on core tools.

Do not apply if you do not have proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, paid advertising, and graphic design. Applications without evidence of results will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimise GoHighLevel (GHL) automation workflows, pipelines, funnels, and CRM configurations
Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Produce high-quality graphic design assets for ads, social media, and marketing collateral
Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear, regular reporting
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
Work independently and proactively — minimal hand-holding

Requirements — All Three Are Non-Negotiable

1. GoHighLevel (GHL)
Minimum 2 years hands-on GHL experience
Must be able to demonstrate: automation workflows, pipeline management, funnel builds, and CRM setup
Portfolio or screenshots of GHL builds required with application

2. Paid Advertising
Minimum 2 years managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns
Must provide examples of campaigns managed, budgets handled, and results achieved (ROAS, CPL, or similar metrics)
Experience with Australian clients or markets is highly regarded

3. Graphic Design
Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Must provide a design portfolio with your application
Ad creative, social media graphics, and brand assets experience required

Communicate clearly and proactively in English
Are available during Perth business hours (AWST)
Have a reliable internet connection and your own equipment
