About the Opportunity

Hello!
I am looking for an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior E-Commerce Operations Specialist to become a key member of my growing business.
This is not a temporary Virtual Assistant position. I am looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, take ownership of their work, continuously improve our business, and eventually lead and manage other Virtual Assistants as our company grows.

We sell products across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon FBA, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Shopify, and additional platforms as we continue to expand.
This position combines two critical areas of our business:
• Professional E-Commerce Listing Management
• Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) Product Research & Sourcing
Our goal is simple:
Build one of the highest-quality e-commerce operations possible by combining exceptional marketplace listings with profitable Amazon sourcing strategies while creating a recognizable, trusted brand.

In this role, you start by proving you can handle performing all of these responsibilities; it will then evolve to you managing others performing these responsibilities. This role was intentionally created to fast-track the right candidate into being an e-commerce manager for our business.

Your Responsibilities
This is a multi-disciplinary position. You will be involved in nearly every aspect of our e-commerce operations.

Marketplace Listing Management
You will create and optimize listings across multiple marketplaces.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating complete listings from spreadsheets and supplier information
• Writing persuasive product descriptions
• Creating SEO-optimized titles
• Writing keyword-rich bullet points
• Formatting listings for maximum readability
• Maintaining accurate product specifications
• Publishing error-free listings
• Updating and improving existing listings
• Cross-listing products across multiple marketplaces
• Managing inventory, SKUs, pricing, quantities, and spreadsheets
• Performing CSV imports and exports
• Maintaining excellent data accuracy

Product Image Management
You should have experience with:
• Background removal
• Background replacement
• Image enhancement
• Cropping
• Resizing
• Color correction
• Removing imperfections
• Creating professional product images
• Meeting marketplace image requirements

SEO & AI Optimization
You should understand how to optimize listings for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search.
Experience with:
• Amazon Search
• eBay Search
• Walmart Search
• Google Search
• AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and other emerging AI technologies
Knowledge of:
• Keyword research
• Buyer intent
• Click-through rate optimization
• Conversion optimization
• Competitive analysis

Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) Product Sourcing

You will also be responsible for identifying profitable Amazon FBA opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
• Researching profitable Online Arbitrage products
• Identifying products with strong ROI
• Calculating Amazon fees and net profit
• Reviewing Buy Box history
• Analyzing Keepa charts
• Using SellerAmp SAS
• Evaluating sales rank (BSR)
• Monitoring inventory levels
• Evaluating seller competition
• Identifying long-term sales opportunities
• Avoiding high-risk products
• Maintaining organized sourcing reports

Listing Management
• Produce approximately 10–15 high-quality marketplace listings per day
• Maintain exceptional accuracy
• Follow brand standards
• Keep error rates extremely low
Amazon OA Sourcing
• Source a minimum of 5 qualified product leads per day
• Meet profitability requirements
• Provide accurate calculations and documentation
• Demonstrate consistent improvement over time
