About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) Product Sourcing Specialist to become an important part of our growing Amazon FBA business.
This is not simply another Virtual Assistant position. We are looking for someone who enjoys researching products, analyzing data, identifying profitable opportunities, and helping build a successful long-term business.

Primary Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be sourcing profitable Online Arbitrage products that meet our purchasing criteria and contribute to the long-term growth of our Amazon FBA business.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Researching profitable Online Arbitrage opportunities
• Identifying products with strong ROI and long-term sales potential
• Calculating estimated net profit after all Amazon fees
• Evaluating Sales Rank (BSSR)
• Reviewing Buy Box history and competition
• Analyzing Keepa charts and historical pricing trends
• Reviewing SellerAmp SAS data
• Monitoring inventory levels and seller competition
• Identifying products with consistent sales history
• Avoiding products with unnecessary risk
• Maintaining organized sourcing spreadsheets and reports
• Using AI tools to improve research efficiency and documentation when appropriate

• A minimum of 5 qualified product leads per day

Required Experience

Applicants should have strong working knowledge of:
• SellerAmp SAS
• Keepa
• Amazon Seller Central
• Amazon FBA fee calculations
• ROI calculations
• Net profit calculations
• Sales Rank (BSR)
• Buy Box analysis
• Product restrictions
• Brand restrictions
• Intellectual Property (IP) complaints
• Product authenticity verification
• Amazon compliance and marketplace policies

Experience helping Amazon sellers become ungated in restricted categories is a significant advantage.

• Manual sourcing
• Wholesale sourcing
• Clearance sourcing
• Cashback portals
• Coupon stacking
• Retail deal analysis
• Google Sheets
• Microsoft Excel
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or Perplexity to improve product research, workflow efficiency, documentation, or data analysis is considered a significant advantage.

Monthly Profit-Sharing Program

Compensation
• Paid Trial Period: $1.50/hour
• Upon successful completion of the trial: $3.00/hour
• Performance review after 3 months
