About the Opportunity

Hello!
I am looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Manager to become a long-ter ---------- mber of my growing business.
This is not a temporary VA position. I am looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, take ownership of their work, and eventually help lead future tea ---------- mbers as the business expands.
We sell products across multiple online marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Shopify, and additional platforms as we continue to grow.
Our goal is simple:
Create the highest quality listings possible while building a recognizable, professional brand that customers immediately trust.

Your Primary Responsibilities
Marketplace Listing Creation
You will create professional listings from spreadsheets, supplier information, and product research.
This includes:
• Creating complete marketplace listings from provided product information
• Writing persuasive, detailed product descriptions
• Creating SEO-optimized product titles
• Writing keyword-rich bullet points
• Formatting listings for maximum readability
• Maintaining accurate product specifications
• Ensuring listings are error-free before publishing

Brand Consistency
One of the most important responsibilities is maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Every listing should look like it belongs to the same professional store.
This includes:
• Consistent formatting
• Professional wording
• High-end presentation
• Consistent image style
• Professional templates
• Organized listing layouts
A customer should immediately recognize our listings regardless of which marketplace they are viewing.
Product Image Editing
You should have experience with:
• Background removal
• Background replacement
• Image resizing
• Image enhancement
• Cropping
• Removing imperfections
• Meeting marketplace image requirements
• Creating attractive product collages when appropriate

SEO & AI Search Optimization
You should understand modern search optimization.
Listings should be optimized for:
• eBay Search
• Amazon Search
• Walmart Search
• Google Search
• AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and other emerging AI platforms.

You should understand:
• Keyword research
• Buyer intent
• Search volume
• Conversion optimization
• Click-through rate improvements

Cross Listing
Experience using cross-listing software is highly preferred.
You should understand how to adapt listings for multiple marketplaces while following each platform's requirements.

Inventory Management
Responsibilities may include:
• Inventory synchronization
• Listing revisions
• Product updates
• Price updates
• Quantity management
• SKU organization
• Spreadsheet management
• CSV imports and exports
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Listing Performance Optimization
We continually improve listings.
You should be comfortable:
• Improving underperforming listings
• A/B testing titles and images
• Updating keywords
• Monitoring competitor listings
• Increasing conversion rates

Customer Service (Preferred)
Experience with:
• Customer messages
• Returns
• Order issues
• Professional communication
is a plus.
Website & Marketing (Preferred)
Additional experience is appreciated with:
• Shopify
• WordPress
• SEO
• Social media
• Email marketing
• Google Analytics
• Inventory liquidation strategies
• Sales promotions

Communication
Excellent English is required.
You should be comfortable:
• Written communication
• Occasional voice calls
• Following detailed written instructions

Daily Expectations
Initially you should be able to create approximately 10 – 15 high-quality listings per day while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Accuracy will always be more important than speed.
Compensation
• Paid Trial Period: $1.50/hour
• After successful completion of the trial: $3.00/hour
• Performance review after 3 months
• Paid bi-weekly
Outstanding performance will lead to pay increases and additional responsibilities.
