AI AUTOMATION BUILDER — GoHighLevel, n8n, APIs, AI Agents (Full-Time, Remote, Long-Term)

ABOUT US
CloseLeadsPro is a white-label marketing-automation platform (built on GoHighLevel) for creators and businesses in the health & wellness space. We're scaling fast toward 1,000 customers and need a builder who ships — the person who turns "we should automate this" into a working system by end of day. If you're not constantly levelling up in AI, this isn't the role.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
GoHighLevel:
- Build and maintain our master snapshot (workflows, pipelines, funnels, custom values, custom fields).
- Deploy and QA client sub-accounts from the snapshot.
- Build our Courses / Memberships / Communities (client portal) — we're taking our course app live.
- Conversation AI bots: build, train on knowledge bases, test retrieval, tune prompts.

Automation & AI:
- Design and build n8n workflows (and GHL-native automations) — onboarding, notifications, data sync.
- API integrations: REST APIs, web hooks, JSON, auth — connect GHL to anything.
- Build/connect MCP servers so our AI tools can reach our systems.
- Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) — prompt design, tool calling, knowledge bases / RAG.
- Write custom logic in JavaScript or Python where no-code hits its limit.

HOW WE WORK
- I tell you the outcome I want; you come back with it working. That's the loop.
- You document what you build (Loom + short SOP) so it's repeatable.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Real, demonstrable GoHighLevel experience — snapshots, sub-accounts, workflows vs campaigns, custom values, SaaS mode, A2P/LC Phone. (Certificates alone aren't enough — show builds.)
- Hands-on n8n (or Make/Zapier, n8n preferred) — webhooks, HTTP nodes, branching, error handling.
- Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON; can read API docs and integrate without hand-holding.
- Some JavaScript or Python for custom logic.
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs / AI agents (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude); bonus for MCP, RAG, vector DBs.
- Experience building courses / memberships / community portals (GHL Memberships, Kajabi, Skool, etc.).
- Self-directed. You unblock yourself. You ship.

SCHEDULE
- Full-time: 8 working hours per day, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week).
- Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine time.
- Includes a 1-hour UNPAID lunch break taken outside your 8 working hours.
- Two short paid breaks (about 15 minutes each) are included within your 8 hours.
