E-commerce Operations & Growth Manager
Full-Time | Remote | Amazon + Shopify

About Us
We are a growing e-commerce brand selling on Amazon and Shopify, with a focused catalog of around eight SKUs. Many of our routine processes are already automated.
We operate with a small remote team and focus on ownership, structure, and long-term collaboration. We do not micromanage. We expect people to take responsibility for outcomes, not just complete tasks.

Why This Role Exists
Our operations are running, but they need a hands-on owner. We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for:
• Managing our daily Amazon and Shopify operations
• Improving profitability across advertising, inventory, and fulfillment
• Identifying and leading growth opportunities without waiting for instructions
This role exists to move from “running tasks” to owning the performance of the business.

What You Will Be Responsible For
You will take ownership of:
• Amazon Seller Central: listings, account health, pricing, and FBA operations
• Amazon PPC: managing and optimizing campaigns (Scale Insights), monitoring ACOS/TACOS/ROAS
• Shopify: product pages, promotions, and conversion optimization
• Meta Ads: creating and optimizing Facebook and Instagram campaigns
• Inventory & logistics: forecasting, FBA shipments, coordinating suppliers and 3PLs
• Cost optimization: reducing freight, storage, and fulfillment costs
• Reporting: turning sales, ad, and logistics data into clear recommendations
This role is about ownership and improvement, not following instructions.

• Someone looking for a narrow, single-channel role
• Someone managing multiple other brands or clients at the same time
• Someone who waits for detailed instructions instead of taking initiative
• Someone looking for short-term or part-time work

What We Expect From You
We expect:
• At least 3 years of e-commerce or marketplace experience, Amazon as your strongest area
• Practical experience with Shopify and Meta Ads
• Experience with FBA inventory, freight, and 3PL coordination
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills
• Clear, proactive communication and comfort working independently
• A long-term collaboration mindset

Compensation
1600 – 1800 usd
