Virtual Assistant – Cold Caller (Luxury Real Estate – Las Vegas)

Position: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Cold Caller
Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)
Hours: Part-Time (4 hours/day) with opportunity to become Full-Time
Industry: Luxury Residential Real Estate – Las Vegas, Nevada

About Us

We are a growing luxury real estate team focused on helping buyers and sellers throughout the Las Vegas market. We're looking for an energetic, confident, and reliable Virtual Assistant who enjoys talking to people and generating opportunities over the phone.

This position starts at 4 hours per day with the goal of transitioning into a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities
Cold call homeowners and potential sellers in the Las Vegas market
Follow proven call scripts while building natural conversations
Identify homeowners interested in selling luxury properties
Qualify leads and gather property information
Schedule appointments for our real estate team
Update CRM with detailed notes after every call
Follow up with leads when appropriate
Meet daily call and lead generation goals
Requirements
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
Previous cold calling or real estate experience preferred
Confident handling objections
Strong communication and listening skills
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet home office with quality headset
Comfortable using a CRM and dialer (experience with Follow Up Boss, Mojo, Vulcan7, BatchDialer, or similar is a plus)
Self-motivated and dependable
