Website Designer & Mobile UX/UI Specialist (Full-Time)

We’re growing our team and are looking for a talented Website Designer & Mobile UX/UI Specialist who is passionate about creating beautiful, intuitive, and high-converting digital experiences.

About The Role
Your mission is simple:

Design websites that people love using.

You’ll help create websites that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, mobile-first, and designed with the user experience at the center of every decision.

You’ll work with leadership and other tea ---------- mbers to bring ideas to life while continually improving the quality of our websites and digital experiences.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing clean, modern websites

• Creating exceptional mobile-first user experiences

• Improving website usability and navigation

• Designing pages that are simple, intuitive, and visually engaging

• Collaborating with developers and tea ---------- mbers

• Reviewing websites for consistency and quality

• Identifying opportunities to improve user experience and conversion

• Helping maintain design systems and brand consistency

• Staying current with modern UI/UX trends and best practices

Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a strong advantage:

• Figma

• Webflow

• Framer

• GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Responsive web design

• Mobile optimization

• UX research & Dev

• UI design

• Wireframing

• Prototyping

• Brand enthusiast that likes creating great brand kits/ boards and experiences
