What You'll Do
Coordinate real estate transactions from signed contract to closing (Transaction Coordination)
Communicate by phone and
Read and track title paperwork; follow up with title companies to keep closings on schedule and catch problems early
Prepare and organize closing documents (assignment contracts, addenda, disclosures)
Schedule appointments, walkthroughs, inspections, photos and closings
Create property listings and send them to our cash buyer list
Call buyers to share available properties and gather feedback
Turn utilities on/off for our renovation properties
Keep our CRM clean and updated
Requirements
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent (you will be on the phone with Americans daily)
Excellent written English
At least 1–2 years of VA experience with a US company (real estate experience is a plus, not required — we will train the right person)
Able to work US Eastern Time hours (approx. 9 AM – 6 PM EST)
Reliable computer, backup internet, quiet workspace (no animal noises in the background)
Comfortable making outbound phone calls
Nice to Have (but not required)
Experience with real estate investing/wholesaling (assignments, double closings, title process)
Experience with REsimpli, GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar CRMs
Transaction coordination experience
Pay & Benefits
$5.00–$7.00/hour based on experience
Paid weekly/bi-weekly, on time, every time
13th Month Pay
