About Us

**HSA** is a growing U.S.-based manufacturer of premium custom signs, business signage, home décor, and personalized products. We sell through Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and other online marketplaces and are looking for an experienced SEO Product Specialist to help us grow our organic traffic and search rankings.

## Position

**SEO Product Specialist – Shopify**

**Location:** Remote

**Schedule:** 30 Hours per Week

**Pay:** **$3.50 USD per hour**

**Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years

## Responsibilities

### Shopify SEO

* Optimize Shopify product pages for maximum organic visibility
* Create and optimize collection and category pages
* Improve internal linking throughout the website
* Optimize URLs and navigation structure
* Improve Core Web Vitals where applicable

### Technical SEO

* Identify and resolve:

* 404 errors
* Broken links
* Indexing issues
* Crawl errors
* Duplicate content
* Canonical tag issues
* Redirect issues
* XML sitemap issues
* Monitor and submit pages for indexing in Google Search Console
* Improve website health and crawlability

### On-Page SEO

* Optimize:

* Meta titles
* Meta descriptions
* Product titles
* Header tags (H1–H6)
* Image ALT tags
* Internal linking
* Keyword placement
* Schema markup (preferred)

### Off-Page SEO

* Build high-quality, white-hat backlinks
* Perform outreach for link-building opportunities
* Monitor backlink profile
* Identify and disavow toxic backlinks when appropriate
* Improve domain authority
* Link building

### Local SEO

* Optimize Google Business Profile
* Manage local citations
* Improve local search rankings
* Monitor local keyword performance

### Content Marketing

* Conduct keyword research using SEMrush
* Write or optimize SEO-focused blog posts
* Publish blog content in Shopify
* Update and improve existing blog articles
* Create internal links between blog content and product pages

### Marketplace Optimization

* Create and optimize Amazon A+ Content
* Improve product listings using SEO best practices
* Optimize product descriptions and keyword usage

### Analytics & Reporting

* Use:

* SEMrush
* Google Search Console
* Google Analytics
* Track keyword rankings
* Monitor organic traffic
* Report weekly progress
* Recommend SEO improvements

## Required Skills

Applicants must have a minimum of **3 years of professional SEO experience** and be proficient with:

## Employment Requirements

* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection
* Have a dedicated computer suitable for SEO work
