JOB OVERVIEW

I run a growing digital product brand in the spirituality and personal development niche. I am hiring one dedicated VA to run our affiliate recruitment pipeline. This is a focused, high-volume email outreach role with clear weekly targets, exact scripts, and a fully documented process. You will not write content, design anything, or make strategic decisions. You will execute a documented process consistently and log everything.

This role is 100% email-based outreach. No cold DMs, no calls, no social media account management.

Your work:
1. Prospecting: finding YouTube channels and blogs in our niche using a written filter I provide, verifying they are active and qualified, and extracting contact emails (AI and research tools to accelerate this are expected and encouraged; I judge output, not hours)
2. Outreach: sending personalized template emails from our brand outreach inbox. Each email uses a provided script plus one genuine personalized opening line referencing the prospect's actual content
3. Follow-ups: scheduled follow-up sends at day 3 and day 7 for non-responders
4. Reply handling: responding to interested prospects using provided response scripts, sending sign-up links, and nudging signed affiliates who have not yet posted
5. Logging: updating the tracking sheet same-day for every contact, reply, and status change

Weekly targets:
- Opening pace: 300 new contacts/week (approximately 180 YouTube channels, 120 blogs)
- As follow-up and reply volume grows, new outreach tapers to approximately 200 to 225/week while total weekly touches stay constant
- Every contact must pass the qualification filter. Volume with bad targets counts as zero.

Weekly deliverable: a short Friday report using my template: contacts, follow-ups, replies, sign-ups, plus sample screenshots during the trial period.

Requirements:
- Excellent written English (your personalization lines must read naturally to native speakers)
- Experience with cold email outreach, lead generation, or influencer/partnership outreach strongly preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools and research tools to build prospect lists quickly
- Reliable internet, consistent weekday availability, fully async communication (no calls; instructions arrive as documents and Loom videos)
- Comfortable working for a brand in the spirituality/manifestation space

Trial: the first two weeks are a paid trial with a specific, countable deliverable: week one, 250+ qualified prospects logged and outreach begun (300 is the target); week two, full 300 pace with follow-up cadence running. All activity is verifiable in the outreach inbox and tracking sheet you will be given access to. Hitting the trial deliverable converts this into a stable long-term role with fixed weekly hours and the performance raise path above.
