About Us

We are a Germany-based company working on international projects in employer branding, events, podcasts, and social media. We are looking for a highly experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can help us produce professional and engaging content for different online platforms.

Responsibilities

* Create graphics using Canva
* Edit short-form and long-form videos using CapCut
* Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
* Turn simple instructions and prepared materials into attractive and potentially viral videos
* Adapt content for different platforms and formats
* Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels (experience is a plus)
* Maintain a consistent visual identity and high-quality output

Requirements

* Strong experience with Canva
* Strong experience with CapCut
* Experience managing and publishing content across multiple social media platforms
* Good understanding of social media trends and viral short-form video content
* Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Good English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection

Working Hours

* Part-time position with flexible working hours
* Work is assigned based on demand
* On average, you will work 1–2 hours per day
* During busy periods, there may be 3–4 hours per day, or occasionally one-off tasks of 5–10 hours
* Most tasks are flexible and can be completed during evenings or weekends if they are not urgent
* This position is designed to be compatible with a full-time job

Salary

* €3 per hour
* Payment via Wise

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Creative and proactive
* Interested in building a long-term working relationship
