**About the Role:**

We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to help grow **Alpha Intelligence Indicators** ( ---------- ), a new suite of professional TradingView indicators, along with the personal brand of founder Drew Wolfer.

This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that includes social media content uploading/scheduling/titling/execution, active TradingView community engagement, and manual affiliate research and recruitment outreach for the Alpha Intelligence Influencer Affiliate Program.

You will play an important part in helping us find and onboard affiliates, as well as post and grow our social media accounts (we have 2x TikToks, 2x YouTubes, 2x IG/FB pages, and ---------- Twitter pages).

We will provide training, templates, brand guidelines, and clear systems so you can succeed in the role.

This is a starting position at **$500/month** with the potential to grow into a higher-paying and “more responsibility” role as the business expands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **TradingView Community Engagement** (Medium Priority)
Actively monitor and engage in TradingView discussions related to indicators, order blocks, market structure, SMC/ICT concepts, VWAP, Volume Profiles, and similar topics. Build relationships with TradingView authors and active traders through helpful, genuine comments and interactions. Introduce the Alpha Intelligence Indicators when it makes sense and help convert interested users into trial users and affiliates.

2. **Social Media Content & Posting** (HIGH PRIORITY)
Help with timestamps to repurpose longer YouTube videos into short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok). Schedule and publish consistent content across YouTube, Instagram/FB dual posting, Twitter, and TikTok — **1-2 videos per day per platform/social media account**.
Perform title, tag, and hashtag research and execution per video with a key focus on platform search optimization for maximum viral potential. Create basic graphics in Canva when needed.

3. **Affiliate Recruitment Research & Outreach** (Critical Goal)
Manually send outreach emails and follow-ups to a list of approximately 200 potential affiliates, following up with the next email in the campaign if there is no reply. If there is a reply, hand it off to the CEO. Emails are sent directly from the Alpha Intelligence inbox (no bulk/automation).
Search for additional applicable affiliates primarily on YouTube, IG, and TikTok. Bring potential affiliates to the CEO before outreach starts. You will be trained on how to find them.
Primary goal: Help reach and follow up with all 200 contacts before August 1st.
Track activity in a shared Google Sheet and provide weekly progress reports.

4. **Affiliate Contest Promotion**
Support the promotion of the **$100k Affiliate Contest** (launches August 1st) across social media and TradingView. Post updates, reminders, and highlights as directed.

5. **General Organization & Support**
Maintain organized content folders and assets, write SOP documents for your tasks, and provide basic weekly reporting on social media activity and outreach progress.

**Requirements:**

- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Experience with social media content creation, titling, tags/hashtag research, and scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts preferred)
- Comfortable with manual email outreach and consistent follow-ups
- Willing to learn and actively engage on TradingView on your own account
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to follow detailed instructions and templates
- Previous experience in trading, finance, crypto, or affiliate marketing is a plus

**Work Schedule & Compensation:**

- Full-time: **40 hours per week**
- Monthly compensation: **$500 USD** (starting rate; potential to grow as the business and your contributions scale)

### **Required Sample Task (Applications missing this will not be considered)**

To ensure you are a great fit for the Alpha Intelligence team, please include the answers to these four tasks in your application email.

**1. Social Media SEO:**
If we give you a 60-180 second short video of Drew explaining "Order Blocks and FVGs" (using the Alpha Intelligence “Order Blocks Suite” Indicator), what **title** and **6 specific hashtags** would you use to maximize search optimization for each of the following (per platform and per channel):

**A)** The Drew Wolfer personal brand channel? — Give different responses per platform (YouTube, FB/IG Reel, Twitter post/short video, TikTok video).
**B)** The Alpha Intelligence Indicators YouTube channel? — Give different responses per platform (YouTube, FB/IG Reel, Twitter post/short video, TikTok video).

**2. Affiliate Research & Outreach:**
Find one current YouTube or TikTok creator who makes content about SMC/ICT trading concepts. Paste the link to their channel. The influencer must:
- Have posted in the last week
- NOT be offering their own indicators for sale
- Post multiple times per week and have at least 10,000 subs (no more than 100k subs)
- Be more attractive if they livestream or live trade multiple times per week

Also find out if they have a private paid community, what it is called, and what they call the group (their nickname). Then, write a short, personalized 3-6 sentence outreach email introducing the Alpha Intelligence Indicators. The main goal is to get them to **TRY** the indicators (get them on their chart), watch a short applicable demo video, and ultimately get them on a call with Drew.

**3. Community Engagement:**
A user on a TradingView forum posts: "I keep getting stopped out when trading VWAP. Any advice?"
Write a helpful, genuine 2-3 sentence reply that offers a quick tip and naturally introduces Alpha Intelligence Indicators.

**4. Basic Graphic Design:**
Using Canva or a similar tool, create a simple square graphic (1080x1080) that we could post on Instagram or Facebook. This can be an educational post about decoding the hidden footprints of global institutions in the markets, a motivational trading quote, or a clean chart graphic. Attach this image to your email.

You may do research on the indicators on the website ---------- to aid your answers.
