About Us
E-GADGET.EU is a fast-growing e-commerce and distribution company based in the Netherlands. We manage multiple private label brands and hold exclusive Benelux distribution rights for several international brands, selling across Amazon (multiple EU marketplaces),
The Role
We are looking for a true Amazon Marketplace Specialist — not someone who waits to be told what to do, but someone who takes full end-to-end ownership of our Amazon business across all EU marketplaces. You will be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks: orders, customer service quality, advertising performance, listings, and account health.
We already have a customer service team and a fulfilment operation in place. Your job is not to do their work for them — it's to monitor, control, and steer: catch problems early, know when something needs escalation, and take direct action when required.
This is not a "wait for instructions" job. We need someone with a genuine ownership mentality — someone who treats this account like it's their own business.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Operations Monitoring
Daily monitoring of orders across all Amazon EU marketplaces (FBA & FBM)
Spotting shipping delays, stock issues, order defects, and fulfilment problems before they escalate
Coordinating with our fulfilment/logistics side when action is needed
Monitoring inventory levels and flagging restock needs or overstock risks
Customer Service Oversight
Reviewing the performance and quality of our existing customer service team's Amazon-related work
Monitoring response times, Order Defect Rate, return rates, negative feedback, and A-to-z claims
Stepping in directly when a case needs marketplace-specific handling or escalation to Amazon Seller Support
Advertising (PPC)
Managing and optimizing Sponsored Products / Sponsored Brands campaigns across marketplaces
Monitoring ACOS/TACOS, bid adjustments, keyword harvesting, and budget allocation
Reporting on campaign performance and proposing improvements
Listings & Account Health
Monitoring listing health (suppressed listings, hijackers, buy box loss, content errors)
Coordinating listing improvements with our listings team
Monitoring account health metrics and policy compliance, flagging risks proactively
Reporting
Weekly summary of account performance, issues found, and actions taken
Clear, proactive communication — we should never have to ask "what's going on with Amazon?"
What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (FBA and FBM), ideally across multiple EU marketplaces
Real experience running and optimizing PPC campaigns (not just theory)
Strong understanding of Amazon account health, policies, and case handling
Excellent written English — you'll communicate directly with our team and occasionally with Amazon support
A genuine ownership mentality: proactive, reliable, takes initiative, doesn't need to be micromanaged
Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Experience working with European e-commerce brands is a strong plus
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Sellics, or similar is a plus but not required
What We Offer
Long-term, stable full-time position with a growing company
Direct collaboration with the business owner — real decision-making input, not just execution
Clear expectations and honest feedback
Room to grow as our Amazon business expands into more marketplaces and brands
How to Apply
Please include in your application:
A short summary of your direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (which marketplaces, FBA/FBM, account size if possible)
A concrete example of a time you spotted and fixed a problem on Amazon before it became serious
Your experience with PPC — tools used and typical ACOS/TACOS results you've achieved
Your available start date and expected monthly rate (USD)
Applications without a real example of proactive problem-solving will not be considered — we want to see the ownership mentality in how you apply, not just claim it.
