JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant with experience in social media lead generation to help grow our business. This role combines cold outreach, content creation, social media management, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, starting conversations, nurturing leads until they are qualified, and supporting the day-to-day organisation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through cold outreach on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
* Engage with prospects and nurture conversations until they become qualified leads.
* Create, schedule, and manage social media content.
* Optimise social media profiles to improve engagement and credibility.
* Respond promptly to messages and emails with a professional and friendly tone.
* Manage your own workload, diary, and priorities independently.
* Keep accurate records of outreach and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

* Proven experience in social media lead generation.
* Experience using Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok (the more platforms, the better).
* Excellent written English, spelling, and grammar.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills online
* Experience creating engaging social media content.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Confident using and updating CRM platforms (e.g. Mondays or go high level is pressured)

Bonus Skills

* LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Basic graphic design or video editing.
* Experience with social media scheduling tools.
