JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to join our remote team and take charge of scaling our campaigns specifically for the Philippines market. If you have solid experience running performance ads in Southeast Asia and know your way around the Ads Manager inside and out, this might be a great fit for you.

What You Will Be Doing
Building, launching, and scaling Facebook ad campaigns focused exclusively on the Philippines.

Managing daily budgets, testing new audience targets, and running A/B tests on creatives and ad copies.

Tracking core metrics like ROAS, CPC, CPA, and CTR closely to ensure campaign profitability.

Handling ad account setups, troubleshooting policy flags, and managing appeals when things get restricted.

Teaming up with our content and design crew to brainstorm high-performing angles and visuals tailored for local audiences.

What We Are Looking For
At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing substantial Facebook ad budgets, preferably with prior success in the Philippines or similar markets.

A deep understanding of the Facebook algorithm, metrics interpretation, and sales funnel optimization.

Good command of English for daily communication, ad copywriting, and market research.

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a remote setup.

Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
