JOB OVERVIEW

**1+ YEAR OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

We're helping one of our partner organizations find a talented Social Media Content Creator / Video Editor to join their team full-time.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the creative force behind a growing brand, producing engaging social media content, AI-powered videos, graphics, and digital marketing assets that represent the company across multiple platforms.

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content, has a strong eye for design, stays on top of social media trends, and is excited to explore the latest AI tools to produce high-quality work.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with at least one year of experience creating digital content and who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of graphic design and/or social media content creation experience
* Proficient with CapCut
* Experience using Instagram Edits (or similar mobile editing apps)
* Comfortable using AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Canva AI, etc.)
* Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
* Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
* Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

## Responsibilities

* Design graphics for social media and digital marketing
* Create engaging short-form videos using CapCut and AI tools
* Produce Reels, Shorts, and other platform-specific content
* Repurpose long-form content into social media assets
* Design marketing materials, presentations, and promotional graphics
* Generate creative ideas and content concepts
* Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms
* Stay current with AI tools, social media trends, and creative best practices
