Position Overview
We are seeking a Subrogation Analyst / Legal Administrative Assistant to support our litigation and settlement teams. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, tracking, verifying, and helping resolve subrogation and lien issues that arise during personal injury cases.
Because we are a growing firm, this is a hybrid support position. When subrogation work is current, you will assist with document management, electronic filing, case organization, research, quality control, and other administrative tasks assigned by the legal team.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with large amounts of information.
Primary Responsibilities
Subrogation & Lien Analysis
* Review client files to identify potential liens and reimbursement claims.
* Track health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, hospital, and workers' compensation liens.
* Contact insurance companies, medical providers, and lien holders.
* Request payoff statements and lien balances.
* Verify lien accuracy and identify discrepancies.
* Maintain lien tracking spreadsheets and databases.
* Monitor outstanding requests and follow up regularly.
* Assist with lien reduction negotiations (training provided).
* Review settlement documentation.
* Prepare lien summaries for attorneys and settlement coordinators.
* Ensure liens are resolved before settlement disbursement.
Legal Administrative Support
* Organize and maintain electronic case files.
* Upload and index documents in SmartAdvocate.
* File correspondence into the correct client folders.
* Review incoming mail, medical records, and legal documents.
* Prepare letters and legal forms using templates.
* Perform internet research and locate information as requested.
* Maintain accurate case notes.
* Calendar deadlines and follow-up tasks.
* Assist attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and the Firm Administrator with special projects.
* Perform general administrative duties and assist wherever needed.
Qualifications
We are more interested in finding the right person than someone with years of legal experience.
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
* Personal injury law
* Insurance claims
* Medical billing
* Workers' compensation
* Health insurance
* Legal assistant or paralegal work
* Administrative support
* Case management
* Medical records
* Data entry and analysis
Experience with U.S. personal injury law is preferred but not required. We provide training.

Compensation
Full time pays 19765 to 29648 ph peso per month
* Pay is based on experience, communication skills, qualifications, and overall performance.
All new employees are hired with a six-month probationary period. Successful completion of probation includes a performance review with consideration for continued employment and future compensation increases.
