JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE
We’re not a typical health clinic.
Cerebral Health is a patient-centered neurological care organization dedicated to helping people who have not found answers through conventional treatment. We provide innovative, non-invasive therapies designed to improve neurological function, enhance quality of life, and deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes for our patients.

We’re building an in-house team that owns outcomes, not just outputs. That means the people we hire aren’t task-completers — they’re operators who understand that the quality of their work directly affects whether a patient walks through our door and gets the help they need.

THE ROLE
This is not a closing or quota-carrying sales role. You won't be selling to patients. Your core job is to make our clinicians dramatically better at the consultative conversations that turn prospective patients into committed ones.
You'll live inside an AI-powered sales workspace, audit clinical sales conversations against proven frameworks, and deliver sharp, usable coaching straight to our doctors — holding them accountable to a high standard and tracking their improvement over time. The large majority of this work is for Cerebral Health, with a smaller portion supporting Magnolia Hyperbarics calls and check-ins.
Alongside the coaching work, you'll support our marketing team and Director of Operations on sales-driven initiatives and outreach. This is a supporting part of the role, not the center of it — the heart of the job is auditing and coaching.
Think of yourself as the coach, the quality engine, and the systems-builder behind our sales conversations. Much of this is heads-down precision work — auditing, scoring, refining — paired with the people's skill to coach skilled professionals in a way that actually changes behavior.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Day-to-day, here's what this looks like.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Owns: overall strategy aligned to Cerebral Health goals; audiences and personas per entity; annual and quarterly plans; budget allocation; competitive and market intelligence; the brand-awareness roadmap.
• Directs: research and analysis surfaced by AI tools and the team.
AI Marketing Infrastructure & Operations (the engine of the role)
• Owns: personal, hands-on mastery of the advanced AI modules and tooling, run directly rather than delegated; refinement of the entity marketing workspaces already built, closing the gaps found across channels; design of automations, AI agents and workflows, CRM structure, and lead-tracking and data-integrity standards; the SOP library that lets one person produce what used to take a team, with entity context built in.
• Directs: the recurring AI content engine — running skills such as Content Analyzer, Newsletter Writer, and SEO blog generation on a set cadence; ongoing system maintenance and improvement by the team.
Demand Generation & Funnels
• Owns: lead-generation strategy across inbound and outbound; funnel and conversion design; campaign strategy and budgets; the sales-handoff and lead-qualification process. Builds the marketing funnels now with hooks ready to connect to sales; the joint sales-and-marketing funnel build is held until a sales hire is in place.
• Directs: campaign execution, ad management, and nurture run by the Paid Ads Specialist and AI systems.
• Tracks: CPL, CAC, ROAS, MQLs, conversion rates.
Content, Brand & Creative
• Owns: content strategy across SEO, GEO, ads, written content, video, and podcasts; brand identity, voice, and visual consistency for each entity; final approval of customer-facing material.
• Directs: production from the Video Editor, AI generation tools, and the recurring content skills; the publishing calendar.
Website, SEO & GEO
• Owns: website performance strategy, landing-page architecture, SEO and GEO direction, and conversion-rate optimization across entity sites.
• Directs: build, updates, and technical execution by the Web Developer and SEO Specialist.
Analytics, Reporting & Performance
• Owns: the marketing KPI framework and benchmarks; revenue attribution; the reporting rhythm to leadership.
• Directs: automated dashboards and reporting built into the AI system, so accuracy is a property of the system rather than manual upkeep.
Team Enablement & Agency Transition
• Owns: training the two new hires — the SEO Specialist and Web Developer — on the AI models and tools off the SOPs they build; developing the team's capability to operate the system independently; full capture of the outgoing agency's current processes so nothing is lost, then building beyond them; leading the transition so in-house output is fully self-sufficient ahead of the agency rolloff, with no gap.
• Directs: goal-setting, priorities, coaching, and quality oversight for the team.
Standards & Cadence
• Delivers work to a verified-complete standard — "done" means leadership can review it and find no gaps.
• Understands each system fully and hands-on before refining it or declaring it ready.
• Meets weekly with leadership during the build to bring what's built, what's stuck, and what's needed.
• Holds brand fidelity as a hard standard: every channel and entity ships under its own context filter, and nothing generic goes out the door.

YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF...
• AI-native. You don't just use AI—you build systems around it. You're comfortable creating automations, refining AI workflows, and continuously improving how technology supports marketing operations.
• A systems thinker. You naturally build repeatable processes instead of solving the same problem twice. SOPs, workflows, automation, and operational efficiency excite you.
• A strategic marketer. You understand how every part of marketing connects—from brand awareness to demand generation, SEO, websites, content, analytics, and revenue growth.
• A builder. You thrive in environments where you're creating something from the ground up. You enjoy building departments, improving processes, and scaling operations rather than simply maintaining existing systems.
• A strong leader. You know how to develop people, create accountability, provide direction, and help specialists perform at their highest level.
• Detail-oriented. You believe complete means complete. You produce work that leadership can review with confidence because you've already thought through the details.
• A clear communicator. You communicate strategy, expectations, and feedback with clarity. You can translate complex ideas into practical directions that your team can execute.

MUST-HAVES
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern marketing technology
• Proven experience building marketing systems, workflows, automations, and SOPs that improve efficiency and scalability
• Broad marketing expertise across strategy, demand generation, content, branding, SEO/GEO, websites, analytics, and digital marketing
• Experience leading and developing marketing teams while creating clear direction and accountability
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build and scale a marketing function from the ground up
• Exceptional organizational skills and a high standard for quality and completeness
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work full-time on Pacific Time hours, regardless of physical location
• Reliable workspace, hardware, and internet connection

NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience marketing within healthcare, medical, or clinical organizations
• Experience transitioning work from an external marketing agency to an internal team
• Hands-on experience producing video or podcast content
• Experience building founder-led or personality-driven brands
• Familiarity with advanced AI marketing platforms and AI-powered content generation workflows
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
• Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

WHAT YOU'LL GET
We take care of the people who take care of our patients.
• Paid Time Off — Recharge so you can perform at your best. We respect the time you take away from work.
• Sick Days — When life happens, it happens. Take the time you need to recover without the pressure.
• Fully Remote — Work remotely with a team spread across time zones — autonomy and flexibility built in.
• Real Growth — This is a growing organization. As both brands scale, so do the opportunities for the people building them.
• A Team That Cares — We hire people who are bought into the mission. You'll work alongside others who understand why the work matters, not just what the work is.
• A Greater Mission — Every qualified booking you drive is a patient who gets access to treatment that could change their life. That's not marketing copy — that's the reality of what we do.

HOW WE HIRE
Our interview process includes a practical working session. We'll ask you to evaluate an existing marketing system or workflow, identify opportunities for improvement, and explain how you would use AI, automation, and operational thinking to make the department more effective. This role is about building systems—not just managing campaigns—and we want to see how you think.
