Facebook Media Buyer (Lead Generation) — Full-Time Remote (Philippines)

Location: Philippines (Remote)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time
Philippines Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Philippines Time
Salary: $500 USD/month

About Us

We are a fast-growing Dubai-based marketing company that helps service-based businesses across the UK generate more leads and grow their businesses through Facebook advertising.

We currently work with around 35 active clients across the UK, mainly within the roofing industry, and we are continuing to grow every single week.

We are a small team of 8 people, and we are looking for a talented Facebook Media Buyer to join our team and help improve results for our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a company, take ownership of campaigns, and develop their skills in paid advertising.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Media Buyer who can manage, optimize, and improve lead generation campaigns for our clients.

You will be responsible for setting up campaigns, analyzing performance, making strategic optimizations, and helping our clients generate more high-quality leads.

The ideal candidate will have experience running Facebook/Meta Ads, preferably for roofing companies or other service-based businesses.

Responsibilities

Set up and launch Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns
Manage and optimize existing campaigns to improve performance
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality
Test different audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies
Work closely with the team to improve client results
Provide feedback and recommendations on campaign performance
Help scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability

Requirements

Experience running Facebook/Meta Ads is required
Experience with lead generation campaigns is required
Experience working with service-based businesses is preferred
Experience with roofing companies is a big advantage
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable internet connection and ability to work Philippines night hours
