JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote
Position: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $6 USD/hour

We're looking for a highly organized ClickUp Expert to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who knows ClickUp inside and out and enjoys helping teams stay organized, efficient, and on track.

In addition to managing and optimizing our ClickUp workspace, you'll provide general operational support across a variety of projects. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our ClickUp workspace
Build and organize Spaces, Folders, Lists, Tasks, and Views
Create dashboards, templates, custom fields, and recurring processes
Keep projects organized and ensure tasks are assigned and tracked properly
Improve workflows and recommend best practices within ClickUp
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Support the team with project coordination and follow-ups
Help keep documentation and internal processes up to date

Qualifications
Expert-level knowledge of ClickUp
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive
Previous experience supporting remote teams is a plus

Compensation
$6 USD per hour
Full-time (40 hours per week)
