Job Title: Personal Assistant / Outreach Director (Part-Time, On-Demand)

Location: Bataraza / Rio Tuba area, Palawan (Must live locally)

Job Description:A US-based ministry is seeking a trustworthy, proactive, and faith-driven Christian leader living in Bataraza or Rio Tuba to serve as a local Personal Assistant and Outreach Director.The primary mission of this role is to help lay the groundwork for a new ministry outpost dedicated to serving poor youth and families in the community.

This position starts on a part-time, job-to-job basis. For the right candidate, this will eventually transition into a permanent, full-time ministry leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:Building strong connections with local churches, pastors, and community leaders.Scouting locations and organizing logistics for upcoming ministry events.Setting up, coordinating, and hosting communal feedings and health fairs.Handling local on-demand arrangements, inquiries, and coordination tasks.

Requirements:A committed Christian with a heart for ministry, youth, and community outreach.Must permanently reside in the Bataraza or Rio Tuba area. Fluent in English and local languages (Tagalog and local Palawan dialects).Strong local network, highly organized, and deeply trustworthy.Excellent communication skills with a reliable smartphone and mobile service.

Compensation & Benefits:Daily Rate: Minimum of 1,200 PHP per job/day.Travel Coverage: Full reimbursement for fuel, hotel, and food allowances whenever travel is required. Plus Bonuses for exceptional work.
