JOB OVERVIEW

I'm building a Star Trek-inspired personalized portrait business where customers upload photos and receive custom AI-generated Starfleet portraits printed on canvas.

I'm looking for someone who is a genuine, knowledgeable Star Trek fan who can help ensure every portrait feels authentic and delight customers.

This is an ongoing role with room to grow.

Responsibilities
1. Portrait Quality Control (Primary)

Review every generated portrait before it is sent to the customer.

Check for:

Correct Star Trek era selected
Appropriate uniform style
Correct division colors
Rank insignia consistency
Correct communicator badge
Era-appropriate backgrounds
Missing or incorrect accessories
AI mistakes (extra fingers, distorted faces, strange anatomy, etc.)
Overall visual quality

When needed:

Write small prompt adjustments
Request a regeneration
Recommend manual fixes
2. Customer Support

Reply to customer questions such as:

Order updates
Revision requests
Shipping questions
General product inquiries

Friendly English is required.

3. Order Fulfillment

Prepare approved orders for production.

Check that:

Correct canvas size
Correct customer names
Correct options selected
Print file looks good

Submit orders to Printify.

4. Canon Accuracy Advisor

When customers specifically request canon accuracy:

Review details such as:

Uniform era
Rank insignia
Division colors
Communicator badges
Shoulder details
Collar style

Suggest prompt improvements where appropriate.

Requirements

You should:

Be a genuine Star Trek fan
Know the differences between major eras (TOS, Movie Era, TNG, etc.)
Have watched multiple Star Trek series and films
Notice canon inaccuracies that casual fans would miss
Have excellent written English
Be detail-oriented
Be comfortable working with AI-generated images

Printify
Customer support
