JOB OVERVIEW

We have a strong, conversion-oriented sales page wireframe for a $97 3-evening AI training program aimed at 45–55 year old professionals. The structure, hierarchy, and emotional flow are already solid and tested against conversion principles for this skeptical, night-reading audience.

What we need now is a senior visual designer who can take this wireframe to the next level.

The goal is not a pretty, trendy, or “beautiful” design that risks hurting conversions.
The goal is a design that feels powerful, valuable, and premium — something that stands out from the typical high-converting but generic sales page look. It should feel like a high-value product without looking expensive or flashy.

We need someone who can actually think and improve the design, not just polish what’s already there or lean heavily on AI for ideas. Real experience (ideally 7–15+ years) designing high-converting pages for professional/info-product audiences is important.

What we have:
- Detailed wireframe PDF (sectioned and numbered for easy reference)
- Clear copy and hierarchy already locked
- Strong emotional arc and conversion structure

What we need from you:
- Elevate the visual design while protecting (and ideally improving) conversion
- Move the design into Figma and build a proper, reusable Figma system (not just a one-off page). This system will be used for the middle and back-end pages as well as any future pages we add to the site, so it must be dialed in correctly from the start
- Improve typography, visual hierarchy, and emphasis on key areas
- Strengthen the treatment of visual images and supporting graphics within the page
- Refine the overall wireframe, spacing, card treatments, and look and feel so the page feels premium and differentiated
- Keep the design highly readable for a tired 50-year-old reading at night

Important:
We care more about conversion effectiveness and perceived value than aesthetic beauty. If it looks “pretty” but weaker for this audience, it’s the wrong direction. We want the final result to feel extremely valuable without looking expensive.

Ideal candidate:
- Strong track record with sales pages or long-form product pages for professional / mid-career audiences
- Can show examples of work that feels premium and valuable without being flashy
- Comfortable taking an existing wireframe and elevating it with original thinking
- Experienced in Figma and able to set up a clean, scalable design system

Please include:
1. 2–3 relevant examples of sales or product pages you’ve designed. Please choose the ones most similar to what we’re asking for rather than sending a large portfolio dump.
2. Brief note on how you approach elevating a conversion-focused wireframe without hurting performance
3. Your availability and rough timeline for a Figma design and system

We already have a wireframe that is relatively close. It is solid and conversion-oriented, but right now it still looks a little too generic. You will not be starting from scratch. We need the design elements tightened, the typography and emphasis improved, the visual treatments elevated, and the overall look made more differentiated from the usual boring high-converting sales pages. It’s good enough as it stands, but we are not aiming for good enough. We want something exceptional.
