About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Creative Designer to join our team on a long-term basis.
You will be responsible for creating high-converting Meta
This is not a traditional graphic design role.
We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing and knows how to create creatives that drive purchases. You'll use AI tools, video editing, product renders, UGC content, and motion graphics to produce engaging advertisements that stop the scroll and convert.
If you enjoy testing creative concepts, experimenting with AI, and continuously improving performance through data, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Create high-performing Meta
* Edit short-form videos for paid social advertising.
* Combine product renders with AI-generated video content to create realistic lifestyle advertisements.
* Generate AI videos using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, or similar.
* Create engaging UGC-style advertisements.
* Design static image ads and carousel creatives.
* Develop multiple creative concepts and hooks for the same product.
* Create different creative frameworks for testing.
* Follow detailed creative briefs and SOPs.
* Research competitors and winning creatives using Meta Ad Library.
* Continuously improve creatives based on campaign performance.
* Collaborate closely with our marketing team to launch and scale winning campaigns.
* Stay up to date with the latest AI creative tools and advertising trends.

**Applications without a relevant portfolio or e-commerce advertising experience will not be considered.**
