Full-time | Permanent Remote Position | Philippines

Hunter Service Group is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & AI Visibility Specialist in the Philippines to join our team in a long-term, full-time remote position.

We are a locally owned U.S. home-service company providing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and generator services in San Antonio, Texas. We need a reliable marketing professional who can help us improve our online visibility, understand our marketing results and stay relevant as customers increasingly use artificial intelligence to find local service providers.

This is not a general virtual assistant or management position. It is a hands-on digital marketing role for someone who enjoys working with data, content, local SEO and AI tools.

What You Will Do
Maintain and optimize our Google Business Profile, Yelp profile and other local business listings.
Monitor local search rankings and online visibility.
Track leads, booked appointments, campaign costs and marketing performance.
Update weekly KPI scorecards and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Review Google Analytics, Google Search Console and advertising reports.
Monitor customer reviews and draft professional responses.
Research how Hunter Service Group appears in AI-powered search results.
Recommend ways to improve our visibility across Google and AI platforms.
Build and maintain a marketing content calendar.
Draft social media posts, emails, articles and website content.
Create graphics in Canva and edit basic short-form videos.
Monitor competitors and identify marketing opportunities.
Coordinate approved tasks with our U.S.-based marketing vendors.
Use AI tools to improve research, reporting and content development.

What We Are Looking For
At least three years of professional digital marketing experience.
Hands-on Google Business Profile and local SEO experience.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Ability to understand marketing KPIs and explain what the data means.
Practical experience using AI tools for marketing or analysis.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable communication and time management.
Ability to work independently while following company approval processes.
Interest in building a long-term career with one company.
Preferred Experience
Marketing experience with a U.S.-based company
HVAC, electrical, plumbing or home-service marketing
Google Ads or Local Services Ads reporting
ServiceTitan or another CRM
Looker Studio
WordPress
Canva
CapCut or short-form video editing
Yelp, Bing Places or Apple Business Connect
Home Advisor, Angi, Thumbtack, and other lead aggregators

You do not need to be an expert in every preferred platform. We are looking for someone with strong digital marketing fundamentals who is organized, curious and willing to learn.
