Hours: UK Business Hours (Flexible start times available, provided core UK hours are covered)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Wholesale & Brand Direct Virtual Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Amazon and e-commerce sourcing. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our product catalog by identifying high-potential brands, analyzing product metrics, establishing brand/distributor contacts, and finding untapped e-commerce opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Wholesale Outreach List Building: Identify and create structured target lists of brands and distributors, gathering key contact information (emails, key decision-makers, application portals) for client outreach.

Product Sourcing & Deep Data Analysis: Use Keepa, Shopify, and Amazon tools to locate products that are already top sellers on Amazon, Shopify, or eBay.

Untapped Market Sourcing: Hunt for established, high-performing products on Shopify/eBay that do not yet have an active Amazon account or presence.

Distributor & Brand Pipeline Management: Find direct distributors and wholesale leads, building out options for the client/company to initiate contact and negotiate accounts.

AI Tool Integration: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline research, speed up lead validation, and draft clear communication materials.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Wholesale / Brand Direct Sourcing for e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, eBay).

Tool Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Keepa, Shopify analysis, eBay product research, and e-commerce lead generation.

Working Hours: Able to work during UK Business Hours (flexible early starts are welcomed as long as work aligns with the UK timezone).

AI Competency: Experience using Claude or other generative AI models for lead extraction, message drafting, and workflow optimization.

Organization: Meticulous attention to detail when compiling lead lists, contact info, and product data.

Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: ?30,000 / month starting rate.

Performance Incentives: Monthly/quarterly bonuses when target sourcing goals and account setups are met.
