JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Electrical Contractor based in Northern California looking for a remote experienced Electrical Estimator who enjoys using AI to generate bids faster, smarter and more accurate.

We are a communication-based contractor. We do not rely only on emails, we pick up the phone, call our clients, ask questions, follow up on bids, and build a real working relationships.

Responsibilities
1. Review plans, and specifications
2. Perform quantity takeoffs and labor estimates.
3. Request and evaluate vendor quotes.
4. Prepare RFIs and clarifications.
5. Follow up with General Contractors (Call to follow up on bids, build relationships)

Qualifications
1. Commercial electrical estimating experience.
2. Able to read electrical plans and specifications.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. AI-Savvy, uses AI Tools to streamline task.

Note: This position supports our California Operations, so you must be comfortable working overnight.
