Seeking Executive Support Specialist to support our leadership team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
* Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments
* Handle professional emails — screen, prioritise, and draft replies
* Track projects, tasks, and documentation accurately
* Conduct research and prepare executive reports or presentations
* Coordinate between departments (Ops, Sales, Coaches, HR)
* Assist with HR, onboarding, and internal communications
* Manage travel logistics and event planning (as needed)
* Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Must Have:
-Above average typing speed of at least 50 wpm
-Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication skills
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
-Tech-savvy (familiar with Google Workspace, MS Office, and common online tools)
-Able to learn new software and processes quickly
-Proactive, resourceful, and committed to follow-through
-Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
-Prior experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or admin (preferred but not required)
