JOB SUMMARY:

Manage daily sales operations for assigned products, including pricing, promotions, and advertising campaigns. Oversee existing product listings and identify new revenue opportunities within respective categories. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage daily sales operations for assigned products, including pricing, promotions, and advertising campaigns
- Oversee product listings and identify new revenue opportunities within respective categories
- Monitor product performance to drive consistent sales growth and stronger category rankings
- Conduct in-depth product analysis and research market trends/competitors to guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate with the inventory planning team to manage promotions and excess inventory
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality across all deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong brand management experience — from listing optimization and A+ Content to product launches and brand positioning
- PPC experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills
- Solid market research experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong documentation and time management skills

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

- This role is strictly for applicants based within NCR or nearby areas (e.g., Bulacan, Rizal).
- Must be able to showcase an ASIN you've personally handled from launch to finish (brand/product can be blurred), along with a sales or bestseller ranking graph.

SETUP:

- Full-time, 9AM to 6PM PHT
- Uses Time Doctor for time tracking
- Own equipment needed (Laptop, Mouse, Earphones/Headphones)
- Stable internet connection, with a readily available backup connection
- Full-time contractual employment (renewal contract based on performance)
- There will be quarterly (with chances of being monthly) meet-ups within NCR whenever the CEO visits the Philippines
