JOB OVERVIEW

The short version: We run a high-ticket coaching/education business. People apply, book a call, and enroll. Your job is to make more of that happen — by testing relentlessly, reading the data honestly, and owning the systems that turn applications into enrollments. One person, accountable for the whole conversion engine.

What you'll own

Experimentation: design, build, and run split tests in PostHog — real hypotheses, clean setup, honest reads. Not "change the button color" — tests that move enrollment.

The funnel site:
- Manage and edit our WordPress landing pages and funnel (Be comfortable in WordPress and can ship changes without breaking things).

- Data analysis: own the numbers end-to-end — enrollment rates by source, coach performance, call outcomes, funnel drop-off. - Turn messy data into decisions. (We lean on AI tools heavily now — you should too.)
- The predictor model: we score every applicant's likelihood to enroll based on 6 qualification questions, calibrated on thousands of applications. You'll maintain it, recalibrate it quarterly, and improve it over time.
- The plumbing: keep the stack talking — ActiveCampaign, ---------- automations, EverWebinar, OnceHub scheduling, forms.

Your first 90 days:

- Weeks 1–2: absorb the current experiments, dashboards, site, and the predictor model. Break nothing.
- Weeks 3–6: run your first 2–3 tests solo; own the weekly analytics.
- By day 90: you own the full conversion engine and have run one predictor recalibration.

You must have:

- Real CRO/experimentation experience — you can talk me through a test you ran, the hypothesis, and what the data actually said (including tests that failed).
- Strong data chops — spreadsheets/SQL, and enough statistical literacy to own a scoring model without hand-waving.
- Comfort in WordPress and no-code automation ( ---------- /Zapier).
- You're self-directed and consistent — this role rewards people who get better month over month, not people who start strong and coast.

Bonus points:

- Experience with high-ticket / application-funnel or coaching businesses.
- PostHog specifically; ActiveCampaign; EverWebinar/OnceHub.
- You use AI tools to move 3× faster and can show me how.

How to apply — read this carefully (it's part of the test):
- A 3-minute Loom: walk me through one CRO test you ran end-to-end — hypothesis, setup, result, what you'd do next.
- One sentence: the last thing you learned from data that surprised you.
- Use the word "enrollment" in your first line so I know you read this.
- Shortlisted candidates get a paid trial task on our real funnel before any offer. No trial, no hire.
