Virtual Assistant & Klaviyo Email Specialist — Contract
Type: Independent contractor · Part-time · Month-to-month
Hours: 30-40 hours/week, Monday–Friday

About the role
I run a boutique email & SMS marketing studio supporting a handful of e-commerce and B2B clients. I'm looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed assistant who can build emails in Klaviyo and help keep my projects organized and moving. You'll work closely with me, with room to grow into a long-term working relationship. I'm

What you'll do
Build, test, and QA email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo (this is the most important part of the role)
Help organize and move projects forward across multiple client accounts — tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Prepare and proofread client-facing materials, with a careful eye for typos, broken links, and rendering issues
Keep files and documentation tidy and well-organized in Google Drive
Communicate day-to-day over Slack; join occasional Google Meet or Slack Huddle calls
Use AI tools (Claude — account provided) to draft, check, and speed up your work

What I'm looking for
Hands-on Klaviyo experience: building emails and flows, working with segments and lists, and running proper test sends
Excellent written English and sharp attention to detail
Confident with Slack and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet)

Organized, proactive, and dependable — someone who can keep things moving without constant supervision
Willing and able to sign a contractor agreement and NDA before starting

SMS marketing experience (Klaviyo SMS, RCS, etc.)
Experience supporting an agency or juggling multiple clients at once
Schedule & commitment
20–30 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Available starting around 5:00 AM US Eastern (?5:00 PM Manila)
Slack is our primary channel — I'll expect reasonable responsiveness during your working hours
Occasional scheduled calls over Google Meet or Slack Huddle

Terms
Independent contractor engagement, billed month-to-month
