JOB OVERVIEW

We operate one of the world’s largest chiropractic YouTube channels with over 1,000,000 subscribers, along with a rapidly growing presence on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

We are not a chiropractic clinic. Instead, we work with chiropractors around the world, helping them reach millions of viewers by transforming their treatment footage into highly engaging content that grows both their businesses and our audience.

Our goal is to become the leading chiropractic media brand across every major social media platform.

We’re looking for a long-term Content Producer who wants to grow with us. This is much more than a video editing role. You’ll become a key part of the creative process and help shape the future of the channel.

Your Responsibilities

* Edit engaging long-form YouTube videos from raw footage.
* Create YouTube Shorts and social media clips from long-form videos.
* Watch raw footage and identify the most interesting, emotional and engaging ---------- nts.
* Write clear, engaging scripts that I will record as a voiceover.
* Edit and integrate the voiceover naturally into the final video to improve storytelling and viewer retention.
* Add subtitles, graphics, music, sound effects and visual enhancements where appropriate.
* Create three thumbnail concepts for every long-form upload.
* Suggest compelling video titles and hooks.
* Write YouTube descriptions and timestamps.
* ---------- content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
* Help improve audience retention, click-through rate (CTR) and overall channel performance.

Requirements

* Excellent Adobe Premiere Pro skills.
* Experience creating engaging YouTube content.
* Strong storytelling ability.
* Excellent written and spoken English. You must be able to write natural, engaging scripts with correct grammar and communicate effectively with our team.
* Good understanding of YouTube and what keeps viewers watching.
* Reliable internet connection.
* Highly organised and able to meet deadlines.
* Willing to learn and improve continuously.

Bonus Skills

* Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
* Thumbnail design.
* Motion graphics.
* Colour grading.
* Experience using YouTube Analytics.
* Experience growing YouTube channels.

Salary

This is a long-term position.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us, not just complete freelance projects.

Your starting salary will depend on your experience and skills. As you take on more responsibility and help grow the business, regular performance-based pay increases will be available. We reward people who consistently produce high-quality work, take initiative and contribute to the channel’s growth.
