JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established US-based Amazon FBA business (10+ years, millions in lifetime sales). Our operation is heavily automated with AI, so this role is NOT data entry. We need one sharp person to own our brand relationships.

What you will own:
- Our team finds brands and makes first contact. You take it from there: complete wholesale/reseller applications, follow up until we get an answer, and answer brand representative emails fast and professionally.
- Once a brand approves us, you prepare the orders (the owner approves every order) and keep the relationship healthy.
- Keep our CRM updated. No blank statuses, ever.
- Help us expand our catalog to the Walmart Marketplace and eBay.

You are:
- An excellent written English communicator. This is the #1 requirement. Most of the job is email and occasionally calls or meetings.
- Detail-obsessed. You catch the wrong number in an order before it goes out.
- Experienced: 2+ years in ecommerce VA work. Amazon seller-side experience is a big plus. Walmart or eBay experience is a plus.
- Any background with photo editing or design, specifically Amazon Store Pages, Amazon Listings, Walmart Listings
- Comfortable using AI tools daily. We are an AI-first company.
- Reliable: fast internet with backup, and at least 4 hours of overlap with US business hours.

Pay and terms:
- $5-$8 USD/hr depending on experience. Full time, 40 hrs/week, long term.
- Paid every 2 weeks. 13th month pay. Performance raises: we promote from within and pay for results.
