# Position: B2B Sales Closer — Outbound Cold Calling

## Working Hours

* Monday to Friday
* 10:00am–6:00pm UK Time (6:00pm–2:00am Philippines)
* 1-hour unpaid lunch break
* After a successful 2-week trial, we may move you to an 8:00am–4:00pm UK shift.

# Pay

## Base Salary Progression

Your starting salary is. $100/week ($400/month). Towards $200 once goal is reached

Every client you close permanently increases your weekly salary by $25 until you reach the maximum base salary of $200/week ($800/month).

You also earn 50% of the client's first month's payment on every sale.

Commission is paid within 7 days after the client's first payment clears.

You'll sell a Google Review Automation platform to UK tradespeople, including:

* Plumbers
* Electricians
* Roofers
* HVAC Engineers
* Builders
* Landscapers
* Window Cleaners
* Other local service businesses

The platform automatically:

* Sends Google review requests
* Replies to reviews using AI
* Improves Google Maps rankings
* Helps businesses generate more enquiries
* Saves owners hours every week

Packages range from £99–£279/month.

Most business owners have never seen software like this, making it a strong outbound offer.

You'll spend most of your day making outbound cold calls to UK businesses.

Your responsibilities include:

* High-volume outbound calling
* Following our proven sales script
* Qualifying prospects
* Booking demos or closing directly
* Updating the CRM
* Following up with interested prospects
* Hitting weekly sales targets

We're looking for someone who has:

* Previous outbound cold-calling experience
* Experience selling to UK or US businesses preferred
* BPO sales experience preferred
* Excellent spoken English
* American, British, or neutral English accent (required)
* Confident and professional speaking with business owners

* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet working environment
* Good quality headset and microphone
