JOB OVERVIEW

Hey, I'm Maddie Wang, Stanford CS. Building Vision (vson.ai), AI development platform for teams.

Teams can bring their own repo, prompt on it, preview changes, and deploy live. Like Lovable but on your existing codebase

Product works, first customers have spent over $1.2k in ai usage in the past 2 weeks!

Looking for someone who takes apps from "this works" to "holy shit this UI/UX is so damn good."
You are basically finding all the friction points and making it so easy for nontechnical people to launch their vision in seconds.
You are very very anal (aka meticulous) about user experience. Every. Little. Detail.
Very good about testing all the edgecases in UI/UX. Find them before the user does.

------
Details
- Up to $5,000 USD/month
- Full-time, remote (Philippines)
- USA hours: 7am–3pm PT (10pm–6am Manila). Night shift

------
First three projects
- Push/Commit - We have an "update project" button, but Claude Code keeps asking users "Do you want to commit/push?" which confuses nontechnical people. When they say yes, it does things, but it doesn't actually update the project. We want one obvious way for nontechnical users to update their project from inside the agent chat.
- Combining changes- When one person publishes and then another publishes, the build overwrites with the latest changes instead of rebasing them.
- Reviewing users sessions, seeing what bugs/UI/UX problems they are experiencing, and then coming up with solutions, testing and proactively monitoring if the chanegs works
-----

Must-haves

- STRONG UI/UX experience (very good understanding how to make things less frictionful)
- STRONG UI/UX testing experience (comprehensive!!! Finds edge cases before the users do!)
- Claude design / figma etc. experience (Eye for design lol)
- Full-stack and actually technical. (technical, knows about github rebasing, merging, etc.)
- Github experience (shipped on real projects before)
- Claude Code / cursor experience (knows how to prompt!)

Nice to have: worked on vibe coding tools before, and startups

How we work
- Small, fast team. You'll be working directly with me. We will be coding a lot lol.

Big believer in quality:
- When we ship stuff, we are very intentional about what we build. Think through edge cases.
- We test it well, and monitor it so it doesn't break the same way twice.

To apply, send me
1. Your UI/UX portfolio (design)
2. Your fullstack experience (technical)
2. A time you thought through all the edge cases before you built something
