JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based company with offices in California and Nevada, providing operational, administrative, training, and business support services to organizations worldwide.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Online Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing, e-commerce, website management, social media, online advertising, and graphic design initiatives. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work, adapts quickly, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support Amazon Seller Central operations, including product listings, inventory coordination, content updates, account maintenance, and advertising.

Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including content updates, landing pages, forms, and basic website administration..

Assist with managing additional e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Grab, and similar online marketplaces.

Create and manage digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, and similar advertising platforms.

Develop and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.

Design marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, website graphics, and promotional content using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.

Assist with influencer marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance, maintain marketing documentation, and track assigned projects through completion.

Support documentation, reporting, administrative tasks, and internal training initiatives.

Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing coordination, or a related field.

Amazon Seller Central experience is highly preferred.

Experience managing WordPress websites.

Experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, or similar.

Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent software.

Experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

AI/Automation Tools: Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for content creation, research, workflow automation, or marketing support is a plus.

Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, online collaboration platforms, and project management tools.

Personality Traits: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, self-directed, punctual, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
