WE ARE LOOKING FOR SKILLED VSL VIDEO EDITORS

(VSL & UGC Focused)

Position Overview

Brand Bolt is seeking a specialized Video Sales Letter (VSL) Video Editor to join our growing team. This role is for someone who already understands VSL structure, pacing, and psychology—no major training required. If you’re highly creative, confident in your editing decisions, and know how to visually sell through video, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience editing VSLs and UGC-style content, understands how to keep viewers engaged, and can elevate videos through smart visuals, clean graphics, and intentional color choices.

REQUIREMENTS
- Technical & Creative Expertise
- Proven experience editing VSLs (must understand VSL flow, hooks, retention, and conversions)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Veo 3, Gemini, Descript, ElevenLabs, and Adobe Podcast
- Strong understanding of color science and color theory
- Ability to perform color correction and grading
- Comfortable editing 4K footage
- Knows how to repurpose content across platforms
- Basic graphic design skills (text layout, simple visuals, on-screen graphics)
- Knowledge of video compression, formats, and delivery specs
- Experience creating organized project files for collaborative workflows

- Self-sufficient and proactive (no major training required)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit and produce high-converting VSLs and UGC-style videos
- Apply creative editing techniques to improve engagement and retention
- Use graphics, text, pacing, and color intentionally to support the message
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with brand goals and vision
- Implement creative solutions to enhance video storytelling and performance
